When will my order ship?
All orders ship next business day!
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your package via the USPS tracking system.
Will my order arrive on time?
Customers are often pleased to receive their orders faster than expected. That said, we know receiving your outfit on time is critical to your holiday celebration so we don't like to take any chances!
In order to ensure that you will receive your merchandise by the desired date please allow for up to:
-7 days with Free Standard Shipping
-3 days with Expedited Shipping
-2 days with Express Delivery
NOTE: USPS does not deliver on Sundays

What happens if I choose the wrong size?
Feedback is consistently that our outfits fit true to size but we want you to be sure too!
In order to avoid sizing issues and to ensure that we can process your exchange before the desired holiday we encourage you to order early and to try on your new outfit as soon as possible!
If it doesn't fit, no problem! We offer free exchanges! We hope there will be time to process and deliver your exchange before the desired occasion; but if not we are happy to exchange for an outfit in the next coming holiday or any holiday of your choice. The next holiday is always right around the corner!
